【Animation】《Ron Kamonohashi : Deranged Detective》 Anime confirms October 2 Premiere

The first promotional video for the animation adaptation of Akira Amano’s manga《Ron Kamonohashi : Deranged Detective》. Along with Hockrockb’s newly released ending track “Lipsync,” the first trailer also confirms a premiere date of October 2, 2023.

The story tell about of Ron Kamohashi, a deeply troubled private eye, and Maru Ishikido, a pure-hearted but dull detective. Ron was once a promising detective at the prestigious Blue Detective Academy, but has since fallen into obscurity. Despite lacking the skills for a role in the Metropolitan Police Department’s investigative team, Totomaru is dedicated to solving murders. Together, they solve the serial murders and reveal that Tomaru may be the key to Ron’s return to his career.

As previously announced, Yohei Azakami takes the role of the unhinged detective, Ron Kamonohashi, while Junya Enoki plays Totomaru Ishiki, the hot-blooded police and later Ron’s assistant. Besides the two, the cast has Yoko Hikasa as Amamiya and Taku Yashiro as Spitz Feire.
